Refunds.
Premium: prorated refund within 30 days. Lifetime: full refund within 30 days.

Premium (monthly or annual)
Refundable on a prorated basis within 30 days of your purchase or most recent renewal. Email support@whatwoulddadsay.app with your account email and we'll refund the unused portion to your original payment method.
After 30 days, you can cancel future renewals from Settings → Plan; we don't refund retroactively.
If you subscribed inside the iOS or Android app
Apple and Google process those payments directly — we don't have access to cancel or refund them. You'll need to go through the store:
- iPhone or iPad — Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or visit account.apple.com/subscriptions. For a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Android — Play Store → your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or visit play.google.com/subscriptions. Self-serve refunds are usually available within 48 hours of the charge; after that, request through the same screen and Google decides.
Cancelling stops future renewals; it doesn't refund a charge that already went through. Those are two separate steps in both stores.
Lifetime
Full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 30 days, refunds are case-by-case — write us and we'll work it out.
Gift Lifetimes
Refundable to the original purchaser within 30 days as long as the gift hasn't been redeemed. After redemption it's tied to the recipient.
Refunds always
Service interruption: if our service is unavailable for an extended period and you couldn't access your messages, we refund. Reach out and we'll handle it.
