Co-admins: who they are and what they can do.
A co-admin keeps your delivery schedule on track if you're unavailable.
Updated
A co-admin is one trusted person — usually a spouse, sibling, or close family member — who can manage your vault if you're unavailable.
What a co-admin can do
- See the list of scheduled messages and their recipients
- Mark a milestone as reached (e.g., "she just got married") so the message is released
- Update a recipient's contact info if email or phone changes
- Pause delivery if needed
What a co-admin can't do
- Read, watch, or listen to the contents of unreleased messages
- Add, delete, or re-record messages on your behalf
- Change billing or close your account
Co-admin is a steward role, not a substitute for you. They keep delivery on track; they don't impersonate you or read your private content.
How to add one
Settings → Family vault → Add co-admin. They get an email invite and have to accept. You can remove a co-admin at any time.
Free plan: 1 recipient, no co-admin. Premium and Lifetime: unlimited recipients and one co-admin.
